Happy 22nd Birthday KMFDM!!!
I woke up this morning and realized that half of my entire life has been KMFDM. (I am 44 years old, started KMFDM at age 22.) A very unique day indeed, even though a 22nd Anniversary in and of itself may not be so special...
In these past 22 years KMFDM have recorded and released many songs, more than I can keep track of, been involved in plenty of side-projects and played hundreds of live-shows.
I am happy with the way things have gone for all this time, I would do it all over again, no regrets. Currently things are looking great (as they almost always do...)

KMFDM are currently in the studio and are nearing completion of the recording of their upcoming EP. The CD will be a joint-release by KMFDM Records and Metropolis Records and is scheduled to debut on May 9th. The EP will contain at least a half dozen tracks including remixes, a live-track from the recently completed 2005 Hau Ruck World Tour and a new cover-version of an as yet undisclosed song. Artwork has been finalized and a "work-title" chosen for the release. More details will be announced in due time.

The KMFDM Store would like to let all KMFDM fans know that as of Jan 8th the US Post Office will be putting a very slight price increase into effect. Shipping prices for a standard domestic order using Priority Mail will go up 20 cents, larger orders may go up slightly more. Prices for International Air Mail will rise a few cents as well. These are still the least expensive and most effective shipping methods available.
As we have always charged actual shipping costs with no handling fees or add ons this will make the shipping price of your order rise a bit above what shipping cost previously. KMFDM just wants to let all of you know that we are not the ones raising the prices and that we do not profit in any way from this. We are still dedicated to bringing you the highest quality items at the lowest prices possible.

KMFDM would like to apologize to all the fans in Leipzig for the cancellation of last night's show. Given the security situation in Paris and other areas of France, along with the time and distance between our shows, we were only going to be able to play either Leipzig or Paris. It was a terrible decision to have to make but being that Paris was the larger show and that we had to cancel our last scheduled performance there in 1997, we decided to make every effort to finally come through for Paris. We hope to reschedule for Leipzig sometime next summer. For now the rest of the tour continues as scheduled. Thanks for understanding.
